Every project follows the same disciplined four-stage journey — designed to keep you informed, in control, and excited from concept to completion.
Pool construction has a deserved reputation for stress: blown budgets, ghost-builders, surprise variations, finishes that don't match what was sold. We've built our business model around eliminating those failures.
Every project — from a $90,000 plunge pool to a $1.5M commercial build — follows the same four stages, with the same documentation, the same client communication rhythm, and the same end-of-stage sign-offs.
Free, no-obligation on-site consultation, typically lasting 60-90 minutes.
We start every project with a site visit. We walk the space with you, understand how you want to use the pool, look at access for construction, check site levels, identify any obvious soil or services issues, and have a frank conversation about budget and timeline.
What you receive:
Typical duration: 1 week from first call to written follow-up.
Detailed design, materials selection, and fixed-price quote.
Once you've decided to proceed, we develop the design properly. CAD drawings, 3D renders for complex projects, full material specifications, equipment selection, and a detailed line-item quote — not a single bottom-line number.
What you receive:
Typical duration: 2-4 weeks including council approval.
Construction managed by our in-house team with rigorous milestone reporting.
Construction begins. We don't sub the whole job out — our core trades are in-house, and we directly manage the trades we engage (tilers, stonemasons, electricians, landscapers). You have one project manager, one phone number, one accountable party.
What you receive:
Typical duration: 4-6 weeks for residential concrete pools.
Commissioning, training, and ongoing support.
We don't disappear when the water goes in. Handover includes full commissioning of all equipment, water chemistry balancing, training on automation systems, and an as-built documentation package.
What you receive:
Typical duration: 1-2 weeks of commissioning and training.
Variations only happen for genuine scope changes you request — not because we underquoted to win the job. We'd rather lose a quote than win and disappoint.
Every week of construction, you get a photo update and status report. You always know where the project is, what's coming next week, and what (if anything) needs your input.
As-built drawings, equipment serials, warranty documents, water chemistry baseline, maintenance schedule. All handed over in a tidy package. Valuable when you sell.
No phone-tree, no "talk to the other guy", no who-said-what. One person owns your project from consult to handover.
12-month defects liability is the legal minimum. We service pools we built 10+ years ago. We're not going anywhere.
Whether you're at the dream stage or ready to break ground, we'd love to hear about your project. Book a no-obligation site visit with our team.
